So I'm sorry for the lack of communication the last couple weeks. Transfer weeks and around them are always a little crazy! I'm still in Forest, Ms! My new companion's name is Elder Ahanonu (ah-ha-no-new). He is a Spanish-speaking elder and in the last week we have had the chance to teach three Spanish lessons. It is strange to be able to understand what is going on but even more so to actually participate. It's been really fun though. One random thing is that this current transfer is 7 weeks long instead of 6. I can't remember if I've told y'all that! Again sorry for the lack of stuff I'm low on time today!
I did want to make mention to the fact that our ward had a super vamped pinewood derby. Elder Call and I made a car that looked like a tie and ran it in the legal family race. (they have an outlaw round where there are no rules for the cars haha. our zone leaders won that!) We made second place in the legal rounds and lost to the bishop's father haha. He had put in like 6 cars though so I don't know how I feel about it xD All in all it was fun and good for Elder Ahanonu to meet the members early in the transfer! Hasta luego!
