JULY 13, 2015

Hey! Its been another great week over here! :) We started visiting a member who is living in a nursing home. He recently had a major stroke of the worst caliber. And is extremely fortunate to be living. Now his brain which isn't quite up to what we would call normal he has a lot of really amazing stories for us and I'm not sure how true they may be or not! We have been going to visit him everyday and he really appreciates the company for just 20 minutes or so and I love being able to go visit with him to help him have a little bit better day! We share a little scripture with him and he seems calmer when we leave than when we arrived.

This week I went on exchanges with another missionary! His name is Elder Clements! I was able to learn a couple cool tricks about tracting but my favorite moment was when we ran into a hispanic house and I was able to successfully do a door approach in Spanish without my hispanic companion! And even get a return appointment! I definitely had help because Elder Hernandez and I have been pretty bad at practicing Spanish because of the lack of spanish investigators we dont have.

Yesterday it was raining like the dickens... And we went and tracted for two hours haha It was very discouraging and not fun at all until we made it to the last house we were going to knock... Of course right? haha We met a family who was very open to talking with us about Christ and it led to some interesting conversation.

I know that even when its hard God has got our back. All we need to do is ask for His help! I hope yall have a wonderful week!

Elder Nally
