Two weeks ago, I got to go on exchanges with the district leader up here, Elder Trainor! We didn't have a lot of time to work together but our time was well used. We found a woman who was one of the nicest people I've been able to meet in the whole time I've been here! We listened to what she had to say and she has a crazy life, one that's on the up and up and she is willing to listen to us. Responds to text messages and wants to go to church! All super exciting things!
The man I previously spoke about is still doing well! We try to meet with him every Monday night.
This week was a little bit more eventful! On a sad note and the same line as last week (I did leave out a few things I had previously intended to insert into the email.) The lady mentioned previously, is no longer responding to text messages so we are gonna try and see if we can just stop by and see what's going on!
We also had a zone meeting down in Shreveport Louisiana and talked about the white handbook and had new missionaries share why they came on a mission. It was extremely revitalizing and my spirit is excited and ready to go! We had interviews with President Olsen and since we have not had interviews in 2 transfers it was the best thing ever! I've had a really good week and my reason for being out here is more defined! I love y'all and keep movin' onward and upward!
